More Elf Pages

So I had been making some good progress on scrapping the adventures of our elf, and then my laptop died. the least it could have done was give me a little notice!!
So I've been using Connie Prince and Trixie Scraps' kit release called My Shelf Elf for some of my pages.

Here are a few I managed to get done:

My Shelf Elf

This year as I was wandering through the Hallmark store, I decided we were going to start our own Elf on the Shelf tradition.  I've been scouring Pinterest for ideas and gearing up for the big debut.  As luck would have it, just as I was doing my prep work, Connie Prince and Trixie Scraps teamed up for a new kit release called My Shelf Elf!

I used the new kit as well as a Star Struck template pack from Trixie Scraps. I'm hoping to make a whole book of our elf's adventure and this kit will be just perfect for it!

Sweet Gratitude

The releases just keep coming!! Now it's time for Grab a Byte at Scrapbook Bytes! Another awesome color scheme and lots of coordinating packs for just $1 each!

You Matter

There's more Gotta Grab It goodness at Gotta Pixel this week!  Trixie Scraps' contribution is called You Matter and you can find it here.  I made my page about my reunion with a friend with the elements, papers, cardstock and bonus papers.

Fave Kits Revisited

Did you do lots of shopping over the DSD weekend?  I went to an all day crop Saturday and played with a few of my favorite kits from the recent past.  The first page is made with the Change Your Fate kit by Trixie Scraps and a template from November Templatetopia by Connie Prince and Trixie Scraps.

Next up, I used Trixie Scraps' You Raise Me Up Kit , Cardstock, Krafty Plaids  and Journal Cards along with a Sweet Summertime template by Connie Prince.

These kits were too gorgeous to use just once!  I had so much fun at my all day crop! Digging back into my digi-stash and finding new ways to use some of my favorite kits always makes me happy!  If you don't have these kits, it's a great time to grab them!

Harvest Delight

Fall is just my favorite time of year.  In addition to the gorgeous weather, there are so many beautiful fall kits released!  Crisdam Designs has a new release called Harvest Delight.  I just love it!!

I used the kit, matching alpha and a Center of Attention template by Little Green Frog Designs.

Grab A Byte Time Again

It's Grab A Byte time again at Scrapbook Bytes!  Trixie Scraps' release for this months GAB is called After 10 Years.  The orange and black was perfect for my little tough guys' recent photo shoot.  The embossed cardstock made a perfect frame!!!!

I used the Word art, Elements, Papers, and Cardstock from the collection and a Template from this month's Templatetopia set.  The GAB pieces are just $1 each for a few short days so don't wait!

County Fair

Connie Prince has a new County Fair collection out this weekend and all I can say is I love it!!!!  I love going to our County Fair and I've got the pages to prove it!

In addition to the kit, there are all kinds of additional packs - clusters, wordart, flairs, predecorated papers, extra alphas, border clusters and templates!

I love this collection so much!  You can't go wrong with this whether you have fair, petting zoo, or carnival pictures!

Hints of Fall

Fall is my favorite time of year.  The cooler temps, changing colors, pumpkins, cider, donuts... it's all perfect, in my opinion.  My other fall fave?  Scrapbooking kits!!  Some of my favorite kits always seem to come out in the fall!  Trixie Scraps and Jen C teamed up this week to release Hints of Fall, and I gotta say.. I love it!!  I knew exactly what pictures I wanted to use with it!

I haven't made too many 2 pagers lately, but I had sooo many pictures I wanted to include.  I used a double pager template by Studio Jenny Davey.

Isn't it gorgeous???  I love the bits of blue with the rich burgandy and yellow and brown!  I know I'll be using this kit again soon.  There are so many awesome elements I want to use but didn't have a place for on these pages.  Oh, how I love fall!!!

Adventure Awaits

I love promotions like Gotta Grab It at Gotta Pixel!!  It amazes me what all the different designers come up with from the same color palette!! Crisdam Designs went with an adventure/exploration themed collection.  I love everything about it - the gears, foot prints, wordart stamps, labels, papers and that map alpha!!!  I used the kit for a photoless page about my son's summer camp experience:
